We needed our sewer lateral replaced. I reached out to Steve Rabe, Sewer Manager and he immediately came out and followed up with a quote. The quote was reasonable and transparent. We accepted the quote and service was immediately scheduled (they actually started the job a day early!). The team of Cal, Taylor and Steve came out and completed the bulk of the project in two days. They were experienced, professional and they worked their tails off! Rozga EXCEEDED our expectations!! How dumb was that old installation? Especially when it sprung a leak. He quickly understood the problem and after a bit of measuring, ordered the new toilet style that would fit without moving any of the exiting plumbing. Another Rozga employee dropped off the new toilet within the hour. By then Eric had the area cleaned and prepped and ready for installation. He was also very good at final clean-up and taking the old toilet with him. Now we just need to fill in the missing baseboard that the last installer had removed to put in that old toilet right up against the wall. I had contacted Rozga through their website and was called back early the next (Friday) morning. Got an appointment for Monday. Eric was on time at 8 a.m. We were very, very pleased with all aspects and contacts of this job with Rozga. Professional, Polite, Friendly. Scheduling was very easy and flexible. They were on time and did just an overall excellent job. We had other estimates and theirs was the best. The final price was as quoted. I would 100% recommend them for thorough, quality work at reasonable price. Very trustworthy company. Thank you again!+0Posted on GoogleTom & Pam T641 days agoWe scheduled a major rework of our laterals and new water lines throughout particularly for a larger basement bathroom that we relocated for a complete basement remodel. I sincerely dreaded the noise and mess to follow from the concrete cuts, dust, hauling concrete out and stone and new cement back downstairs! I expected and feared the whole house and yard would be a disastrous muddy dirty mess. However, The Rozga crew headed up by Arnold (Arnie) with the incredibly hard working guys-Callahan, Dan, Eric, Evan and Hunter was admirable. These gentlemen started early and worked all day long going up and down our basement stairs repeatedly for days hauling things in and out and up and down and they just kept working! It was quite impressive. Our arthritic knees ached just watching them work. From start to finish the attention to detail was impeccable. Plastic walls from floor to ceiling were set up to help keep the mess to a minimum in the rest of the home and at each days end the basement was left as clean as possible which we could not have appreciated more! A huge shout of praise with a side of thank you to Arnie and the entire Rozga crew for their professionalism, cleanliness and very very hard work. Ray had done previous service work at our property, and once again, presented himself in a very professional manner. He and Evan did an outstanding job replacing all the necessary piping, made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards, and took ample time showing my wife and I the work, and why it was done as it was to be to code. Both of them made sure all of our questions and any concerns we may have had were all addressed. They both arrived exactly on time like we were scheduled, and the overall cost fell right in the window we were quoted. Both gentlemen were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and detailed. We have nothing but good things to say about Rozga and their staff, including Angie, who scheduled our service, Bryan, our estimator, and the everyone involved in the project. Every single job was completed professionally with utmost excellence. Today; they installed a battery backup for my sump pump. It’s very nice to have the security in place to avoid terrible damage to my finished basement along with the furnace, water heater, washer and dryer. It turned out to be 10+ feet of old, corroded pipe that was seeping sludge into the ground under our foundation for who knows how long. Ray (the plumber) was at our house working for 3 days straight to get us back into a position where we could put our kitchen and our home back together. There were a few guys from Rozga working inside and outside of my home during that time, but Ray was the reason I was able to stay sane as they were jack-hammering through the floor of my kitchen and tearing up my backyard, all while I was home doing virtual classes for nursing school with 2 dogs (talk about stress). He even managed to get me a large Dr. Pepper one day when he ordered lunch, because he could tell by the look in my eyes that I could barely hold it together any longer. The works was quality, the cost was reasonable, and the service team was first class, especially Ray. My old water heater was installed in 1975. Everything is up to code and they even pulled the permit. Great job!+1Posted on GoogleGina McNally2804 days agoUnfortunately, the winter vortex was unkind to our tankless water heater. The extreme cold had caused internal components to rupture within. We had to turn off all hot water access in the house to stop the leak. We called multiple area plumbers, and Rozga was the first to call back. Within 45 minutes of talking on the phone, Sam was at our house looking at the problem and giving us his honest opinions as to what we needed. After he left, within a hour, Sam had sent us the emailed quote detailing both a replacement tankless option and the standard tank. We decided to go back to a tank. He had availability the next day, and within 24 hours of the initial issue, we were back up and running with hot water. Everyone we worked with was personable and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable having them in our home and they did good work. I am happy to support a local business and would highly recommend them to others.+1Posted on GoogleShannon Clark2817 days agoMy fiance Andrew and I made the New Year's resolution to start turning our house into the dream home we always wanted. Of course this began with a call to Rozga's (which as I am told by my sister who flips houses does the best work). First, Shane W. was the technician sent to us to help with our plumbing problem. We were hearing an extremely loud knocking sound each time the water ran in our upstairs showers/sinks/esp. when using hot water. He figured out the problem and began starting out with the least expensive way to alleviate the noise. He even was able to show us a few replacement parts he would need to use so that my fiance could purchase them at the local hardware store and save us a few $$. I brought up that we had bought a brand new garbage disposal months ago, yet still we were unable to find someone to install it and he was able to do that and help solve the problem we were having with the tubes running to the dishwasher and the sprayer that needed to be replaced for the sink. He was very knowledgeable when answering all my questions, definitely accomplished more than I thought he would be able to get done, had a laid back attitude (which eased my nerves), and when explaining the bill discussed with us other routes we could go if the knocking noise persisted down the line. We will be asking for him in the future again if possible!! The second problem was a heating issue. Both of the appointments were scheduled the same day and saved us a service fee which was cool! We have a tri-level house making it very hard to heat each level evenly. The technician Chris B. was very intelligent, professional, explained thoroughly to us reasons why certain heating problems were occuring. He is the only person that has ever looked at our furnace and even asked to see the manual! He was very patient with all of my questions and again showed us the best ways to get our humidifier going, tips on how to heat the house the best ways possible with a tricky tri-level home, he pointed out that the furnace is starving for air flow, and was able to give us some suggestions of what we have to work with in our style of home. Chris really knew his stuff and we are looking forward to getting the quotes on some possible work we will need to put into the ventilation system. 5 stars for both Chris B. and Shane W.-they gave us a positive experience with Rozga, and We hope they know how much we appreciated them doing the job and putting us at ease as first time home owners.+6Posted on GoogleAng A11 days agoI am so impressed and happy I choose Rozga plumbing. It started with the phone call, the gal on the phone was very polite, and did not seemed rushed while answering all my questions. Dan reached out letting me know he was enroute with an approximate time, which was actually before the scheduled appointment time! He also was super patient, and very kind with me as I threw a lot at him at once. He addressed all my concerns as well as took time to answer all my questions and informed me of things I wasn't aware of. Now days it seems like half the people are super late or don't even show up. If your looking for reliable, kind, honest, and reasonably priced plumbing work I would absolutely recommend Rozga!
