I called Rozga Plumbing at 9am. Explained this wasn't an emergency but I needed the appliances installed by the end of the day. Rozga sent Matt R. by 12pm. By 4:30pm, the valves were replaced, the dishwasher and refrigerator were installed and working. Matt R. explained what he would do, took precautions to protect furniture and cabinetry, cleaned up when he was done. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and informative from start to finish. I received several quotes from other companies, and most of them tried to talk me into work that wasn’t necessary. Dan was the complete opposite — he explained everything clearly, guided me through the options, and made sure I understood exactly what was needed without any pressure. I had an old Duratub in our utility room that I used to wash my dog, and I wanted to modernize it. Dan helped me find the right tub, moved the drain, drilled the holes, and installed a fabulous new faucet. Our dog now has a luxury tub, and the whole setup looks amazing. Dan always has an answer to my concerns and questions, and his workmanship is excellent. I will definitely continue using Rozga Plumbing for future projects, and I will absolutely be asking for Dan every time.
