The owner of this property approached us with his new construction project. He had concerns about the environment and conserving energy, and wanted to build the most efficient building possible. Two geothermal heat pumps were used for this job. One heat pump handles in-floor heating and forced air cooling on the first floor. The other heat pump handles the second floor forced air heating and cooling.

The owner of this home had to get his property sold right away. Unfortunately, the old gravity vented water heater and boiler with no backflow preventer located in the garage were not up to code and were holding up the sale of his home. We installed a wall hung Baxi Luna HT330 sealed combustion combination 98% efficiency boiler with a Caleffi combination pressure reducing valve and backflow preventer. The customer was able to close on his home a week after contacting us, and the new homeowners were happy to have such a high efficient boiler and increased space in the garage.

This Furnace was no longer working and the homeowner wanted to replace it rather than invest money into an older unit. The homeowner was looking for reliability and a long warranty. We installed a 90% American Standard 2 stage, condensing, high efficient furnace with a variable air flow motor. The AC was also replaced with an aluminum A coil, a 14 seer American Standard Allegiance Air Conditioner. A multi stage programmable thermostat was also added, all with a 10 year parts and labor warranty.
